At Solar Scooters, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your high-performance ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Pack the scooter securely in its original packaging, including all chargers, tools, and manuals to ensure a safe transit and avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
